Mini Maestros is our bespoke early years music programme, thoughtfully designed to introduce babies, toddlers, and young children to the world of music through meaningful, high-quality musical experiences.
Learning Through Music and Play
Rooted in early years music education and learning through play, our classes combine singing, movement, rhythm games, sensory activities, storytelling, and exposure to a wide variety of musical styles and genres. Children explore real instruments from the very beginning, developing confidence, creativity, listening skills, communication, coordination, and musical understanding in a warm and imaginative environment where every child is encouraged to thrive.
Building Genuine Musical Foundations
Unlike many preschool music classes, Mini Maestros places genuine musical development at the heart of each session. Through active listening and musical audiation (learning to recognise, internalise, and respond naturally to music before formal musical reading) children begin developing the foundational skills that support future instrumental learning and long-term musical confidence.
Expertly Designed Early Years Education
Our programme has been carefully created using over a decade of instrumental teaching experience alongside specialist experience teaching music from nursery through to A-Level across both private and state education settings. Every aspect of the curriculum has been thoughtfully structured to support musical progression from the earliest stages of development, combining elements of spiral curriculum learning, memory-curve research, solfège, ORFF-inspired activities, Montessori principles, and child-centred musical exploration.

Our Mini Maestro classes are designed to strike the perfect balance between engagement and attention span for young learners which is why our classes are 40 minutes. We have found that this is the perfect length which allows us to create a dynamic and enjoyable learning experience without overwhelming the children, ensuring they stay focused and excited throughout the session.
During each 40-minute class, our expert tutors will lead your child through a carefully crafted curriculum that includes a variety of interactive and age-appropriate activities. These activities are designed to introduce your little ones to the magical world of music, stimulating their creativity and fostering a love for music from an early age. Our classes encompass rhythm exercises, sing-alongs, introduction to various instruments, basic musical concepts, and fun movement activities, all aimed at nurturing their musical abilities and overall development.
Each Mini Maestro class is priced at £10 per session. We believe in making music education accessible to all families while maintaining the highest quality of instruction. Our aim is to provide a nurturing and enriching musical experience for your child without breaking the bank.
Absolutely! We encourage parents or guardians to participate in the classes alongside their little ones. Not only does this create a bonding experience, but it also reinforces the concepts and skills learned during the session, allowing for continued exploration and practice at home.
No need to worry about additional materials or instruments! We provide all the necessary musical instruments and props during the sessions. Just bring your child's enthusiasm and eagerness to explore the wonders of music!
